Burier IV – Wielding Malignity – an auditory altar, forged to conjure a series of surreal, blood drenched nightmares, permeated by abstract and otherworldly expressions of rage, pain, and horror.

Originally planned in concept as 7″ format, the material overflowed and the result is a 12 track 40min full length release.

Recorded at the end of the Australian summer MMXX, Burier IV is comprised of tracks that are short in length and aggressive in nature, bursting forth with a sharpened edge.

Burier IV could be considered a conceptual anomaly, yet is undeniably congruous with the Burier catalog of recordings so far, employing similar palettes of darkly coloured, complex instrumentation and tortured, shrieking vocals, dynamically pulsating, here wielded with a heightened sense of ferocity.

Flesh Megalith, the self title debut LP is the maw of meat cromlech mound, the gnashing teeth of the earth, one that plys it’s subversions of physical mortal form through infectious expression of decadent death doom sorcery. A crushing pace of power chord putridity, hypnotic stone press percussion, melodic solo reverie, deep growl oration, and a suffocating atmosphere that weighs those experiencing it by the weight of megalithic oppression. In a way one can compare it with cavernous death doom genre but there are so much more details hide behind the gigantic wall of sonic fresh.

Forgotten Songs is a Slavic folk incantation that deserves a place amongst the manifold pantheon of the early 90’s black metal underground, riveting those who experience it with a vast medley of engrossing acoustic spells. Draped with an assortment of sincere melodies, sombre vocal orations, synth enforced atmospherics, and a truly dedicated thematic of pagan folklore; those acolytes of Eastern European black metal and neo-folk would be remiss in obtaining this incantation for themselves. For the first time this endearing incantation will be released on dual raven wax vinyl with a meticulously remastered sound, including both the 1996 full-length version and the 1995 demo version on the second vinyl, and a restored layout made as close to the original FMP edition as possible.
