After last year’s “The John Keel Sessions”, great to finally see new material from the UFO BM cult legends, Ahulabrum, with the three tracks on this split and the “Aiwass” track on the recent “In Death’s Midst” compilation. An excellent continuation in their bizarre Black/Noise sound, capturing frequencies from distant, formless realms. Howling Nightwinds presents here already its 3rd manifestation, followng two demos earlier this year. Great Raw Black Metal, with The Seer’s characteristic nocturnal howlings, feral riffing and terrific synthwork, which even has some psychedelic properties on the second half of this track.

Originally written and recorded for what would become Onryō II in early 2021. Splatterpunk Gore Machine is about an undead, half human, half cyborg hybrid called “Gore Machine”. created to bring forth extreme violence and mayhem to the world. Many lyrical themes come from Splatterpunk, Cyberpunk & Body horror films of the late 80’s and early 90s. movies such as Tetsuo: The Iron Man, Judge Dredd, AKIRA, & Tetsuo II: The Body Hammer.
