– All parcels are shipped registered with FeDex or Omniva Post. You’ll receive a tracking number in the shipping confirmation email (check SPAM too), don’t ask for it. 

– Allow up to maximum 20 working days for processing and shipping.

– Orders may be shipped in multiple parcels.

– We don’t accept reservations, orders cancellations and item replacements. You’ll get what you’ll order.

– All additions to the orders that have already been placed must be done creating a new order. No more email additions.

– We are NOT responsible for lost or damaged items. LPs are always shipped outside jackets, with carton stock + airball to avoid damages and we only ship with registered mail to avoid any kind of problems. Don’t tell us how to pack parcels.

– CUSTOMS: if the customs control of your country delays the delivery of the parcels it’s not our responsibility. By ordering (Explicit Content material) you accept this. 

– NO TRADE. All emails regarding trades will be ignored.
