Originally issued as a cassette EP, ‘pIague harvest’ encrypts the further transformation into pure dark ambience. Field recordings yanked from the trees like dead leaves mix with streams of electronics running beneath the soil. Included also is a bonus 10” of ‘ruination, a new dawn cometh,’ which was previously only available digitally, exposing again a precursor and foreshadowing of this cautionary tale that what sustains life can easily grow to smother it.
